Fabulous even a thunderstorm couldn't stop us from enjoying our stay. Breakfast was very tasty and all locally produced. We will definitely be back for longer next time.

Idyllic destination for a short break that is out of the ordinary!

A short drive from the breath-taking landscape of the Wye Valley this idyllic little place is extraordinary. Quirky, gypsy caravans offer an opportunity for a delightful short break in a magnificent wooded, tranquil setting in beautiful countryside. Good pub, serving great food a short (10mins) walk away.Excellent breakfast is provided the hosts Justin and Sarah who could not be more accommodating and obliging. Well worth a visit!

This was a unique experience staying in a Gypsy Caravan that is over 100 years old. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the whole experience was enchanting.

Amazing weekend

Myself and my 2 children came to stay at wiggles Brook. None of us are seasoned campers and I was a little reluctant.

We rented the Showmans wagon as there were 3 of us. It was plenty big enough and the children had their own double bunk complete with fairy light stars and peep hole windows.

My bed was very comfy and there was an electric radiator and wood burning stove to keep us warm.

There were tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities and wood for the camp fire provided. Great for toasting marshmallows.

There is a fantastic pub a short walk away as I wasn't adventurous enough to try and cook on the open fire.

In the morning, Justin served a delicious fry up in the dining room with fruit juice and crusty fresh bread.

The children loved running around the site, playing on the swings and hammocks and throwing sticks for Fred (the resident pooch).

For novice campers we had an amazing weekend with great company in a beautiful setting. Thank you Justin for making us so welcome.

Wriggles Brook Swing

Awesome little weekend away. I’m not sure who enjoyed it more. Us or the dogs? The dogs loved all the space and swimming in the brook. We loved the open fires, hammocks and tree swings. There is a fantastic country pub a very short walk away that does great food and hilariously named Gins made in the village. After having dinner at the pub and a few ales (available to take back to where your staying) we strolled back to light the fire and cook marshmallows and star gaze. After a lay in a lovely cooked breakfast by our hosts we lazed around on the hammocks enjoying the sun before heading back to the pub for a traditional Sunday Roast. Finally stopping off at the village farm shop before heading back home. A great mini break ideal for couples/families/people with dogs who want an alternative outdoors-y break but with more luxury than camping.

Doors and Windows Gypsy Wagon

What a quirky, wonderful little place and absolutely dog haven surrounded by a brook and lots ground for the dogs to run around.

After a stroll down to the pub for dinner and drinks, we returned and toasted marshmallows round the fire (with drinks of course) before settling to bed.

In the morning, a full cooked English and then relaxing in the sun while the dogs got competitive of who could get the most muddy!

A great mini break, which is different from the norm and ideal especially for those with dogs!

Gypsy Showman's Caravan in the Wye Valley

Lovely breakfast and amazing turn of the Century Showman's caravan for 4 with own garden, hammock and fire pit Breakfast can be served in caravan or vine filled gazebo. The festival theme continues with painted wooden posts to light the gardens, strung with multicoloured lights.

Fabulous quiet country location. Private area. Facilities are great, taking it all back to basics. Caravan was beautiful. Whole experience was lovely. Items supplied to allow us to have a fire. Breakfast was lovely , booked us a table at the local pub also. Very helpful &; accommodating.

Pub is 10 min leisurely walk down the road, lovely food, worth booking in busy times though.

Take a torch for night time toilet dashes!

Super cute find

Showmans Wagon

Surprised Hubbie with a night in the showman’s! How adorable it is! Lovely quiet spot, right on the brook. Very private. Short walk to the local pub & they even made the table reservation for us, couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried. Fred the dog is a cute addition too! We lit the fire & enjoyed the evening with nature. Gorgeous unusual little place. Breakfast was at a time we chose & lovely!

Justin was an amazing host. Gypsie wagon was beautiful and breakfast was superb. Loved all the nature and the tranquil sound of the waterfall. A perfect, romantic getaway for the night. Wish we could have stayed longer and will certainly return soon with all of our friends We loved it all

Jodie

We LOVED it. Could have had another bog standard hotel room but this was different and so much fun. Charming people, great breakfast, good facilities, wonderful caravan by a brook and waterfall to help you drift to sleep. The caravan was clean space and a real gypsy caravan. 10/10 couldn't fault it

Good location. Easy walk to a couple of pubs and nice to have the stream running past the caravan.
